Karl Weikmann was a teacher for classical guitar for over 30 years. After studying music at the Conservatory in Nuremberg, he worked successfully as a musician at the Bavarian State Theatre in Munich and the State Theatre in Saarbrücken, among others. Besides a four-volume guitar school, numerous CD recordings of his more than 500 compositions have been released.
Karl Weikmann founded a 40-piece guitar orchestra and gave many concerts with renowned artists, including the world-famous Montanara Choir.
